Founded in 2016, Aloha Software set out to create great software to help with hard-to-manage situations and projects. This was when RenoSystemPro was born. The Owners of Aloha Software have been renovation contractors for 27 years and have accomplished over 45,000 unit renovations during that time. We wanted to automate the way many things are completed and to help owners, property management companies, suppliers, and any other business doing multifamily renovation endeavors. Currently, there is no software of this kind. Other project management software is designed for large construction projects, but there is not one intended for the management of repetitive, unit renovations.
